The new series of vertical slicers mod. VS has been designed in order to conjugate two opposite requirements: the cutting quality and an high production.
The projecting principles start from the observation of the maximum reliability, in order to obtain an high production speed.
The machine systems enable however to keep and improve all the parameters which are characteristics of the slicing, by making immediate and easier the reading of the manufacturing pages from the operator side, both from mechanical and interface drives.
The achieved result is the possibility to follow the different production aspects, both from qualitative and quantitative view.The slicer mod.VS, which is the evolution of the previous Angelo Cremona machines, preserves the appreciated, conceptual qualities, by optimizing the aspects that the unequal propagation on the world market and half century of story are suggesting.
It allows to follow the different productive philosophies , starting from the manual unloading to the slicing continuous lines, solutions which are proper of Angelo Cremona.
The VS series, gives also the possibility to have a modern conception vacuum log-clamping table, in order to meet all the sector requirements.
The new log-clamping table has on the machine board a modern and linear system by enabling a simple and effective use from the operator side.
This technology , which has an advanced conception, enable the running functions by means of a touch-screen which has an active visualization of the system components.
Angelo Cremona follows the need of warranties and reliability of the modern slicing market , by presenting two models of slicers mod VS with the two typical configurations, in line and not , which have been manufactured respectively starting in Italy and in Germany with an exemplar continuity.
